All in all, it was superb base for travelling to Dunedin. Only 20 min walk to downtown. Complimentary breakfasts with jam, milk, eggs and muesli.

This hotel was close to such tourist places as otago museum. Customer service was extremely handy. The location was marvelous, about a 25-minute walk from the Dunedin train station. Room met the demands.
